No Return & Shipping Policy

1. Overview

All sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange or chargeback Policy. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been placed, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective upon delivery.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before processing or shipment begins. Once your order is confirmed and processing starts, cancellations will not be possible.

3. Shipping Policy

  • We process and ship orders within [X–Y business days] after successful payment.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, holidays, or carrier delays.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified, redirected, or cancelled.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us at dadpatrolllc@gmail.com ithin 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  3. After review, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
    • Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit by the carrier. However, we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier and filing a claim if necessary.

6. Non-Refundable Purchases

Because our products are custom-made / limited release / final sale, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or product selection
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Delays caused by carrier or customs
